Safe, heard, and supported

A gentle, client centered approach to working toward your therapeutic goals.

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when past experiences continue to shape the present in ways that aren’t always obvious.

You don’t have to navigate that alone. We offer a space to explore the deeper patterns in your life to create lasting change.

Meaningful change begins beneath the surface.

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when past experiences subtly shape the present in ways that are not always easy to see.

You do not have to navigate that alone. We offer a supportive space to gently explore these deeper patterns, helping you move toward greater clarity, connection, and lasting change.

Our practice is grounded in a holistic, depth-oriented framework that moves beyond symptom reduction and skills-based interventions to address the full complexity of lived experience.

Rooted in a feminist, relational perspective, we understand psychological distress not only as intrapsychic, but as shaped by power, oppression, socialization, and systemic inequities.

We recognize that individuals do not exist in a vacuum; identity, mental health, and behavior are continually influenced by relationships, family systems, community, and broader cultural structures. Our approach centers the whole person, attending to the intersections of identity, context, and internal experience while honoring the ways clients have adapted within unequal or oppressive systems.

Through this lens, therapy becomes a space for critical reflection, reclamation of voice, and empowerment—supporting clients in making meaning of their experiences, challenging internalized narratives, and cultivating agency within both their internal world and relational environments.

Religious Trauma

Our practice is here for individuals navigating religious trauma, particularly from high-control religious groups, high-demand organizations, and cults.

If you are in a high-control religious group and considering leaving and struggling to adjust to life outside or have been out of the group and have never reconciled your experiences, we offer a gentle approach to help you embrace your authentic self and personal goals.

Neurodiversity

We provide compassionate care for neurodiverse individuals, with a focus on Autism and ADHD. We view neurodiversity as normal variations in the ways people operate, with their own unique strengths and challenges. Every individual is different, and our focus is not on making people fit a mold, but working with individuals to build personalized strategies and support.

LGBTQ+ Affirming

Our practice is supportive of those in the queer community. We understand the distinct challenges that LGBTQ+ individuals can face, including navigating identity, relationships, and the impact of stigma or discrimination. We strive to create an affirming, inclusive space where you can explore your experiences openly, build resilience, and feel fully supported in living authentically.
