We offer both in-person and virtual sessions. In-person sessions are available in the San Luis Obispo area, and telehealth sessions available in California, Utah, and Idaho.

We are currently in-network with Blue Shield, CenCal Health, and Medicare. For clients using out-of-network benefits, I provide detailed superbill statements for potential reimbursement. To cancel a session, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours before your session. Due to the time commitment of your therapist and dedicated resources for your session, late notices or no shows are charged the full session rate.
