Our Practice

What We Do

At our practice, we create a compassionate, trauma-informed space where individuals, couples, and families can explore their experiences without judgment. We specialize in supporting those navigating religious trauma, high-control groups, cult recovery, and the challenges that come with leaving or processing such environments. We also work with survivors of domestic violence, the troubled-teen industry, and individuals estranged from loved ones due to spiritual, political, or ideological pressures. Across all of our work, we honor LGBTQIA+ identities and the complexity of each person’s lived experience.

We have a deep commitment to supporting neurodiverse individuals and families, particularly those identifying as autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD. In our practice, we embrace the neurodiversity model, understanding that differences in thinking, feeling, and processing are not deficits to be fixed, but valuable aspects of human diversity. Our goal is to help clients reclaim their voices, honor their unique ways of being, and cultivate strategies for navigating a world that often misunderstands or undervalues neurodivergence.

How We Work

Our approach is holistic and depth-oriented, moving beyond symptom reduction to address the full complexity of lived experience. Rooted in a feminist and relational perspective, we see psychological distress as intertwined with socialization, systemic inequities, and relational dynamics. We recognize that no one exists in isolation; identity, mental health, and behavior are shaped by relationships, family systems, community, and broader cultural structures. Therapy with us becomes a space for reflection, empowerment, and reclamation—where clients can challenge internalized narratives, make meaning of their experiences, and strengthen agency in both internal and relational worlds.

Whether you are seeking individual support, working toward family reconciliation, or exploring neurodiverse ways of being, we are here to walk alongside you. Our practice is dedicated to creating a safe, affirming environment that encourages curiosity, authenticity, and the quiet courage it takes to reclaim your life and your voice.

If you’re feeling ready, or even just curious, we invite you to reach out. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.
