I integrate mindfulness and body awareness into a holistic approach to healing. I support individuals who are navigating questions of identity and self-expression, neurodivergence and communication, and significant life shifts or grief. In our work together, I aim to create a compassionate and grounded space where you feel heard and supported in order to slow down, become curious about your experiences, and (re)connect with your inner strengths.

With both younger and older clients, I use my background in theatre and expressive arts to explore how your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations are interconnected. Through this kind of therapy, you will build resilience and self-compassion, moving forward with greater clarity.

I currently work as a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT 144312) under the licensed supervision of Kristina Berger (LMFT 144595). I offer a 15 minute consultation call free of charge to see if we are a good fit.
